About Our Agency
Do you represent talent, or do you represent the buyer?
We represent the buyer — always. Icon Talent Agency is an independent talent booking agency, not a talent management company. We do not represent artists, speakers or celebrities. Our role is to act on your behalf to find the right talent, negotiate the best terms and manage the entire booking process. This means our interests are always aligned with yours.
What types of talent can you book?
We book talent across every category: musicians and bands, keynote speakers and thought leaders, comedians, celebrity hosts and MCs, athletes, celebrity chefs, influencers and more. If you have someone specific in mind who doesn't appear in our directory, contact us — our network and industry relationships give us access to virtually any talent globally.
What types of events do you work on?
We work on corporate events, conferences and summits, award shows and galas, private parties, product launches, brand activations, festivals, virtual and hybrid events, and more. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to private individuals planning once-in-a-lifetime events.
Where are you based and what markets do you cover?
We operate globally with a primary focus on North America and Europe. We have experience booking talent for events in major markets across the US, Canada, UK and Europe, and can facilitate bookings in most international markets.
Booking & Process
How do I start the booking process?
Simply submit an inquiry through our website. Tell us who you're looking to book and the details of your event — date, location, format and audience size. Our team will respond within 2 hours with availability information and next steps. There's no commitment required at this stage.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to every inquiry within 2 hours during business hours. For urgent requests, note this in your message and we'll prioritise your inquiry accordingly.
Can you book talent that isn't listed on your website?
Yes. Our website lists a selection of available talent, but it does not represent the full scope of who we can book. If you have a specific person in mind, submit an inquiry and we'll let you know if we can facilitate the booking. In most cases, we can.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
After you submit your inquiry, our team reviews the details and responds within 2 hours. We'll confirm whether the talent is available for your date, answer any questions about the booking and, if appropriate, schedule a call to discuss your event in more detail. We'll then provide a formal quote and, once agreed, manage the contract and logistics through to event day.
Do you handle the contract?
Yes. We manage the entire contracting process on your behalf, including negotiating terms, reviewing rider requirements and ensuring all paperwork is executed correctly. We work with your legal team if required.
Fees & Pricing
How much does it cost to book talent?
Talent fees vary significantly depending on who you're booking, the event format, location, date and exclusivity requirements. Rather than publish fee ranges that may be out of date or misleading, we provide accurate, personalised quotes based on your specific event. Submit an inquiry and we'll respond with a quote within 2 hours.
How does Icon Talent Agency charge for its services?
Our fee is built into the overall talent booking cost. You receive a single, all-inclusive quote that covers talent fees and our booking and management services. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Can you work within a specific budget?
Yes. If you have a fixed budget, let us know when you submit your inquiry and we'll recommend talent options that are available within your range. We'll always be transparent about what's achievable within your budget.
Logistics & Management
What does "we handle everything" actually mean?
It means you don't have to manage any direct communication with talent, their management or their agents. We handle contract negotiation and execution, rider and technical requirement review, travel and accommodation coordination, on-day talent liaison and post-event settlement — all of it. You brief us and we deliver.
What if the talent cancels?
In the rare event of a cancellation, we work immediately to find a suitable replacement and manage all contractual remedies on your behalf. Our contracts include appropriate cancellation protections and we have experience managing these situations effectively.
Do you provide on-site support on the day of the event?
We can provide on-site support for events that require it. This is something we discuss during the booking process and can be arranged as part of our service. For most events, we manage the talent relationship remotely but remain available throughout the event day.
